I contacted the company when I did not receive the product prior to the holiday on their guaranteed arrival date. They said I would have to receive the product, then ship it back.
Then it could take over 2 weeks for a refund once they received it. I placed a large order. Now the package isn't even coming, and they have done nothing.
I have to dispute through my bank to recover my loss. Absolutely insane that companies can operate in that manner.

February 14, 2026, I gifted my granddaughter 2 rings: the birthstone ring and the eternity diamond ring. The birthstone ring has already lost some of the gold and has turned to silver.
The eternity ring is missing 3 of the stones.
It's only been 30 days since she started wearing them, since I ordered on February 9, and I am outside of the return date. What about any support for defective merchandise?

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with discount on future orders. Offer a discount gift card towards my next purchase and a apology.
But I still had to wait over a Month for my order to arrive. It was for a Birthday present, then I had to move my gift to a be Valentine gift. Then it still wasn't here, so it was just a late present.
Prepare to wait for your package, if you do a personalized gift. It was my first time ordering from Mint&Lily and I wasn't impressed.
I placed my order on January 13, 2026 , and now it's been over a Month. I still haven't received my order.
Today is February 16, 2026. I have been tracking my order, and it has gone all over the place.
I am so frustrated and just want a refund. I can't say that I will recommend this Company to anyone else.

I ordered 2 Christmas presents on 12/10, but they never arrived. I contacted them via email on 12/27, and on 1/6, they advised me that it was 'lost in the mail.' I requested a refund on 1/6, again on 1/8, and again on 1/16.
I was advised that the refund request was being reviewed by management.
I emailed on 1/18, 1/25, and again on 2/17. They have not responded since 1/8.

- - Two orders on Dec 3; one shipped and delivered, the other $111 never arrived.
- - Tracking shows only a created order; Better Trucks never received it.
I placed two orders on December 3rd. I was notified by them that a shipping order with Better Trucks had been initiated for both orders on December 4th.
One order was shipped on December 11th and arrived on the 17th. The other order has never arrived. If I try to track it, the Better Trucks website only has the created order from December 4th. Checking with Better Trucks, they say they have never received a package with that order number.
I have been trying to contact support@***.com for a week, and all emails bounce back claiming an invalid address. Yet this address is always referred to in Mint and Lily ads as their customer support address. So I have no way to contact them about this missing order worth $111.00. My only recourse is to try to stop payment on my credit card, but it has already been charged weeks ago.
I receive texts daily from this company selling new items.
This is not a good risk for you. Buyer beware.
